We all contribute to Ropey Racing in different ways. However Ropey Racing is a project for a group of friends, not a business. We have no big HQ. In fact we have no office at all. We don’t employ any staff and we barely make any money. Don’t believe us? Check our accounts on companies house and you’ll see 99% of all our profit is reinvested into the business.

About: I’ve always had an interest in cars but that’s pretty obvious from the whole reason Ropey Racing exists. Outside of that, I live in Austria. A lot of people don’t realise that! I get to ski almost every day which is awesome. I do spend a lot of time in England so don’t be surprised if you see me at car shows, however you’d be better coming over to Wörthersee to see me!
Next up for the car: Need to finally sort out getting a 1MZ-FE V6 in it so I can be a proper poor mans NSX. After that it’ll probably just be enjoy it for this year at least!
What I do at Ropey Racing: Try to keep it all together! I sort out the website and the boring back end of things. I also make sure we don’t break any laws and pay taxes :(

About: I've always held an interest in cars and ever since I served my engineering apprenticeship I have been able to test my skills making parts for my own cars. The RX-7 was always my poster car and when the opportunity came up to own one, I took it. I also love playing sport, mainly cycling.
Next up for the car: Replacement gear box and one of our Ropey Racing chassis mount wing kits and bash bar.
What I do at Ropey Racing: Design, Fabrication and trying to develop products that are functional, reasonably priced and just cool.

About: Weirdly, I became a fan of racing before I became a fan of cars. I used to watching any kind of motorsports when I was younger, and I still do. The love of cars came waaaay after when I finally got my license. Aside from that, massively into my music and go to gigs quite often. Big shout out to the snowsports scene as well, I’d ski everyday if I could.
Next up for the car: Whatever Robin makes and decides to add to my car without thorough consultation.
What I do at Ropey Racing: Provide the ‘demo car’ and occasionally like and post things on Instagram.
